<p>The invention provides methods for identifying a mammalian cell capable of producing a proteinaceous molecule comprising a predetermined post-translational modification, said method comprising the steps of: analyzing the post-translational modification on a protein produced by said mammalian cell; and determining whether said protein comprises said predetermined post-translational modification.
