METHOD FOR ANALYZING LOWERING OF NETWORK PERFORMANCE IN MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing lowering of network performance in a mobile communication system is provided to examine performance and failure items influencing the performance lowering at the current point. CONSTITUTION: A PIM(Performance Indicator Monitoring) unit transmits a KPI(Key Performance Indicator) lowering message(S201). An NDSA(Network Data Statistics Analysis) unit requests performance indicator data and network performance/failure data during the latest N days(N is a constant larger than 4) of problem-generated time by base stations/sectors(S203). It is confirmed that data of N-1 days except the current point has the abnormality in performance indicator(S205). If so, data of the performance indicator abnormality point is excluded and it is judged whether the sum total of the performance indicator abnormality point and the current point is more than 2 days(S207,S209). If so, a correlation coefficient is generated by executing a correlation analysis between the performance indicator data and network performance/failure data(S211). If not, it is informed that the analysis is impossible due to the lack of observation values and the analysis result is stored(S213,S215).
