摘要 PURPOSE: A spindle excellent in resistance to adhesive property and wear in zinc and zinc dross is provided to improve wear resistance of the spindle and adhesive property resistance of zinc alloy layer by spray coating a spindle of stainless steel SUS 316L and improve productivity and quality by improving surface characteristics of the spindle. CONSTITUTION: The spindle for rolls inside molten zinc is characterized in that a spraying layer forming diffusion layer is formed by spray coating a cobalt based spray coating material on the surface of a spindle of SUS316 stainless steel for driving stabilizer roll and corrector roll rotated in a molten zinc pot of hot dip galvanizing line so that cobalt (Co) is eluted to the surface of spray coating film, and aluminum has extremely low degree of solid solution in cobalt, thereby infiltrating zinc (Zn) into cobalt phase of the spray coating layer, wherein the spray coating is performed using a spray coating material having chemical constituents of WC+12Co.
