<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination structure wherein an illumination member can be easily replaced in accordance with configurations desired by a user while securing strength of the illumination member and its fitting force applied to a casing, and an electronic apparatus with the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 10 includes an LED 16 forming a light source, a light guide plate 15 to guide light from the LED 16, and an illumination member 13 to direct light to the outside. The illumination member 13 can be formed from one or more illumination pieces optionally selected by the user such as the illumination pieces 13a-13c. The illumination member 13 is detachable to a casing 11 with a holder 14 detached, and is fixed to the casing 11 with fitting force secured by a locking means and screws.
