发明名称 METHOD FOR IMPROVING ACTUAL YIELD OF CALCIUM WHEN IT IS FED INTO DEOXIDIZED MOLTEN STEEL
摘要 PURPOSE: A method capable of securing the same level of molten steel cleanliness as conventional method and obtaining superior cost reduction effect by effectively increasing actual yield of calcium fed into molten steel and improving cleanliness of molten steel when manufacturing aluminum and calcium added molten steel is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a method for improving actual yield of calcium when manufacturing steel containing 0.04 to 0.60 wt.% of C, 0.005 to 0.060 wt.% of Al, 1.0 to 2.0 wt.% of Mn, and 5 to 50 ppm of Ca, the method for improving actual yield of calcium comprises first process of feeding calcium wire into molten steel; and second process of performing post-reflux after feeding the calcium wire into molten steel, wherein a feeding amount of calcium is adjusted by the following expression 1 according to temperature of molten steel when feeding calcium into molten steel in the first process of feeding calcium wire into molten steel:£Expression 1|Y=0.1xX-143, where Y has a unit of kg-Ca/min as calcium feeding amount per minute, X has a unit of deg.C as temperature of molten steel during feeding of calcium, 0.1 has a unit of kg-Ca/min·deg.C, and 143 has a unit of kg-Ca/min.
