A bread baking form (1) consists of a trough (2) with a cover (3). The trough is fashioned in the inverted form of a four-wheeled vehicle e.g. delivery van. The cover has the profile of the vehicle floor pan and wheels (17, 18) running the width of the vehicle. The cover (3) has side-tabs (22) which locate the cover accurately on the form.
