<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displaying cum storing case for a video tape cassette or the like with a structure which is hardly broken even when an impact is applied during carrying. <P>SOLUTION: The displaying case 11 has a case main body 12 provided with a back face plate 15, a pair of side plates 16 and 16, a top lid 18 and a bottom plate 23, and into which an information recording medium cassette 20 can be stored; and an openable lid body 14 provided with the case main body 12 through a connecting plate 13. The top lid 18 and the bottom plate 23 are freely removably formed.
