<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely set specifications when newly installing an elevator, reducing labors of the both of a user and an elevator maker, and sufficiently adopting desired conditions of the user. <P>SOLUTION: When a user's terminal 2 accesses to a server 1 for setting new elevator specifications, user identification means 6 identifies the ID number, etc., and new specifications entry screen providing means 7 provides a screen to the side of the user's terminal 2. The user's terminal 2 enters the desired specifications on the screen. Estimate transmission means 8 calculates the cost and a construction term based on the entered specifications and transmits them to the user's terminal 2. When the user's terminal 2 recognizes the final order intention, new specification data registration means 9 receives and registers the order.
