PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance recyclability. SOLUTION: A skin material 14 fitted to an outer face of a base 12 molded into a required shape is molded into a required shape by an injection foaming- molding technique. That is, the skin material 14 is formed of an outer skin layer 32 solidified under a foaming-inhibited condition and exposed to an outer face of the skin material 14, by core-backing a molding die in the molding, and a inner foamed layer 34 solidified under a foamed condition inside the outer skin layer 32. The skin material 14 is fit removably to the base 12 by engagement-fitting an engagement-fitting boss 40 provided in a reverse face of the skin material 14 to an engagement-fitting hole 42 provided in the base 12.
