PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively perform the processing of omitting the recording of an excess part by performing control so as not to execute the recording of the reception image information of the excess part in the case of discriminating that the respective lines of the excess part exceeding a prescribed value in the reception image information are all white lines. SOLUTION: For the reception image information for one line, an extraction means extracts an effective recording range and a white line discrimination means checks whether or not image information within the effective recording range is all white pixels and discriminates the line as the white line in the case of being all white pixels. A comparison means compares the length in a sub scanning direction of one page with a first prescribed value set beforehand. When the length in the sub scanning direction of one page is longer than the first prescribed value, in the case that the respective lines of the excess part exceeding the first prescribed value in the reception image information are all discriminated as the white lines by the white line discrimination means, a control means performs the control so as not to execute the recording of the reception image information of the excess part. |
