<p>A fabric protectant comprising a carrier and a plant oil selected from the group consisting of horseradish oil, bay oil, basil oil, calamus oil, ginger oil, palmarosa oil, cinnamon oil, ylang-ylang oil, perilla oil, valerian oil, clove oil, star anise oil, milfoil oil, fennel oil, oregano oil and angelica oil, efficaciously controls fabric-related pests. In addition, a method of protecting fabric which comprises dispersing, spraying, spreading and setting an effective amount of the plant oil selected from the group given above onto a fabric is an excellent method to control fabric-related pests.</p> |
