The ceiling element (1) has a double-wall structure and contains spaces in the upper wall to allow concrete to be added to the space in between the walls. Independent claims are also included for (a) a ceiling (2) constructed from these ceiling elements, the space between the walls being at least partially filled with concrete to form a seamless connecting concrete layer between all the ceiling elements, and (b) a building floor with double-walled floor slabs and slide walls, as well as this ceiling.
