PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of the negligence in the aspect of decoration with attention paid solely to the material and the blending thereof in the conventional products. SOLUTION: There is arranged a body of the ornament produced by forming a rubber elasticity material or a resin material containing the powder of tourmaline into a shape of a specified ring while a circumferential groove is provided on the surface side of the body of the ornament and a decoration band is mounted in the circumferential groove.
