FIELD: antiaircraft defense. SUBSTANCE: guidance system of rocket comes in the form of photoelectron multipliers with limited field of vision coupled by means of intermediate relays to corresponding electromagnets. Mobile cores of electromagnets are linked to vanes produced in the form of vanes-wing flaps spring-loaded with regard to rocket body.
