PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cream solder which has a soldering property equal to a conventional tin-lead based cream solder and is made of a solder alloy powder containing zinc having no problem in storage at normal temperature and in printing, and a flux therefor. SOLUTION: The flux of the cream solder of the alloy powder containing zinc containing an organic halide as an activator contains a compound having a 1,2,4-triazole structure as a stabilizer.
