PURPOSE: Provided is a preparation method of feeds and feed additives comprising mushroom mycelium by culturing mushroom mycelium in various kinds of grain, thereby increasing immunity, and preventing diseases and virus infection. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of feed and feed additive comprising mushroom mycelium is characterized by the steps of: culturing in a medium mushroom mycelium which is prepared by seed cultivation of mushroom seeds; and vacuum-freezing or heat-drying the culture to obtain powder.
