PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow reuse of an insulating vessel material, related to a circuit breaker integrated with an insulating vessel comprising a case and a cover. SOLUTION: Insulating vessels 1 and 2 are formed from thermo-plastic resin which can be melted/re-molded. A heat shielding plate 17 is inserted between an arc-extinguisher 13 and a case 1, to protect the thermo-plastic resin material of low heat-resistance from an arc heat. Thus, the insulating vessels 1 and 2 which have been conventionally limited to a thermo-setting resin are replaced with a thermo-plastic resin, so that a used insulating vessel is re-molded for reuse.
