<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely reset a web winding counter in the case a web replacement is simultaneously performed after finishing the maintenance, and to surely replace the web in the case the web is not replaced yet. <P>SOLUTION: A winding control means 710 is actuated in accordance with a state where a value counted by a sheet counter 800 reaches a prescribed count value T2. Besides, a web cleaning device 600 is also provided with a web replacement displaying/instructing means 730 for displaying the instructions of replacing the web 601 on the display part 900 in accordance with a state where a value counted by the web winding counter 720 reaches a prescribed count value T3.
