<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a sufficient space for installing a circuit protective device, need not to be formed into a special shape for fixing brush holders to the circuit protection device; and accordingly, commonize the use of parts to the one installing the circuit protective device and that without installing it. <P>SOLUTION: A brush assembly body, which is constituted so that brushes are inserted in an orthogonal direction to a shaft axis direction into an end bell opening part which is fitted into so as to close an opening of a metal case, and abut on a commutator when inserted; and on which a pair of electric feed structures to feed electric to brushes are fixed is provided. Either of the pair of electric feed structures is constituted by fixing a terminal for an external connection to a brush arm fixing a brush; and further, the other the electric feeding structure is constituted by fixing the circuit protective device, series- connected between the brush arm fixing the brush and the terminal for the external connection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
