PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the degree of loosening completion of a food material and durability and reduce the cost by using a mechanism for loosening a food material of an apparatus for forming the food according to a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This mechanism F for loosening a food material 7 of an apparatus for forming a food is composed by axially supporting rotary loosening levers 11 and 12 rotating with left and right symmetry in the center of the interior of a hopper E so as to mutually engage and arranging a pair of fixed loosening levers 18 and 19 opposite to the respective rotary loosening levers 11 and 12 on the surfaces of the opposite inner walls 16 and 17 of the hopper E so as to mutually engage with the rotary loosening levers 11 and 12 in the mechanism F for loosening the food material 7 of the apparatus for forming the food equipped with the hopper E for charging in the food material 7, a mechanism D for feeding the material, a mechanism A for conveying the material and a mechanism C for forming the food. |
