PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire pneumatic pressure sensing device for a vehicle without necessity of again registering the correspondence between an ID and a wheel position when the position of the wheel is changed by a rotation replacement or the like of a tire and without necessity of a complicated work at tire rotation. SOLUTION: The tire pneumatic pressure sensing device for the vehicle comprises a brake switch 7 for sensing the accelerating or decelerating state of the vehicle 10, a steering angle sensor 6 for sending the turning direction of the vehicle 10, and a controller 3 for identifying which of pressure sensors 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d of a plurality of wheels the pneumatic pressure signals output from the pressure sensors 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d are output based on the accelerating or decelerating state of the vehicle 10 sensed by the brake switch 7, the turning direction of the wheel 10 sensed by the steering angle sensor 6 and the changes of the tire pneumatic pressures of the wheels sensed by the sensors 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d.
