PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintenance property by adopting the layout in which the lower face of an upper frame or the like is skillfully utilized through stopping a method where electrically-driven parts including a battery are collectively mounted in a lower frame. SOLUTION: In the layout of the power unit of an electrically-driven stretcher 1, a battery 27 and a controller 28 are arranged on an upper frame 6, the lower part of a ball screw axis 10 with an electrically-driven motor is pinned on a lower frame 2, and the upper edge thereof is pinned on the appropriate part of a pantograph 11.
