PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic appliance in which the presence or absence of lighting of a light emitting diode for operation confirmation can be easily confirmed even in the case where the light emitting diode element is arranged at a position interposed between two substrates in order to lower its manufacture cost. SOLUTION: The electronic appliance is provided with a first substrate 3 on which the light emitting diode element 2 is mounted and a second substrate 4 arranged facing a surface where the light emitting diode element 2 of the first substrate 3 is mounted and a reflection part 5 reflecting light from the light emitting diode 2 on the first substrate 3 is formed on the second substrate 4. The reflection part 5 is constituted of a solder land formed on an opposing surface 8 of the second substrate 4 or a glossy printing area. In the case that a plurality of the light emitting diodes 2 are mounted on the first substrate 3, discrimination marks 15 corresponding to the respective light emitting diode elements 2 are formed on a non-opposing surface 9 of the first substrate 3 or the opposing surface 8 of the second substrate 4.
