An electrical noise suppressing device (10) has a pair of parallel first connecting terminals (48) connectable to terminals (52) of a motor (50) and a pair of parallel second connecting terminals (43) connectable to an external power source. The first connecting terminals (48) and the second connecting terminals (52) are raised on opposite surfaces of an insulating plate (259, respectively, at the same position of the insulating plate (25). A pair of choke coils (40) and a capacitor (42) are disposed between and connected to the second connecting terminals (52) to suppress electrical noise.
