FIELD: packing facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing means, namely, to protective covers clearly showing that bottle has been opened. Proposed protective cover for bottle has cap with inner thread with preset number of starts mating with outer thread on bottle neck. Cap is connected with sleeve by means of weakened line. Sleeve is fixed in angular and axial directions on bottle. Cover is provided additionally with means on sleeve mated with corresponding guide means of bottle to orientate cap and sleeve in angular direction when fitting cap and sleeve on bottle.
