PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting a load weight is provided to precisely detect the load weight and to improve the workability by allowing the apparatus to measure only a vertical load. CONSTITUTION: A load weight detecting apparatus(1) includes a pivot section(10) and a transferring section(30). The pivot section(10) has an upper pivot(11), which is integrally connected to a bracket(12), and a lower pivot(13), which is integrally connected to a supporter(14). The transferring section(30) includes a lever shaft(31) and a housing(33). The lever shaft(31) is installed in a fixing member(31a) arranged in line with a conveying roller(104). A nut member(34) is formed at an upper end of the lever shaft(31). The housing(33) is fixedly installed at an upper surface of the supporter(14) so as to protect a load shell(106). A stopper(39) is provided at a lower portion of the lever shaft(31) so as to prevent the load shell(106) from being damaged.
