PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair dryer which can prevent a net body from separating from a filter frame, on which the net body is provided, while dust and hair can be favorably prevented from entering the inside from an air suction port by making the mesh of the net body, being a filter main body, finer. SOLUTION: This dryer sucks in air from the air suction port 11 of the main body casing 1, and discharges hot air from an air-discharging port 12. In such a hair dryer, the filter frame 4 is attached to the air suction port 11. In this case, for the filter frame 4, the net body 5, which is formed in advance, is integrally molded by an insert-molding with a synthetic resin.
