PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electrification of charge more than breakdown voltage of a capacitor, with respect to the capacitor to be protected from a static electricity, in an electronic control device for automobile in which a case ground and a ground for control are separately present. SOLUTION: This electronic control device for automobile comprises: a case ground in which a ground of the automobile is connected to a casing of the electronic control device for automobile; and an electronic circuit connected to the case ground. In this device, the electronic circuit comprises: a signal line for transmitting an output signal from a sensor to an integrated circuit; a connector having a terminal of the signal line and the ground for controlling; and a static electricity protection element having a capacitor arranged between the signal line and the case ground, for aiming an EMC protection, and making the charge electrified to the capacitor discharge to the case ground.
