PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound common mode choke coil which can be reduced in manufacturing man-hours and cost, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This wound common mode choke coil is composed of a magnetic field forming ferrite core 10 having a ferrite core body 10A provided with a winding part forming groove 17 which is formed on its bottom and wound with a winding 11 and a winding part 11M composed of the groove 17 and the winding 11 wound on the groove 17 and a closed magnetic circuit forming ferrite core 20 having the same shape as the ferrite core body 10A.
