PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication device in which operability can be improved. SOLUTION: In the data communication device establishing a communication path with a communication target device within a prescribed range via a network, an azimuth, where the communication target device exists in respect to an arbitrary reference point is detected, the move of a prescribed moving object is detected and it is decided whether the relevant moving object is moved on the side of the azimuth, where the communication target device exists, or not. Depending on the decided results, prescribed transmitting information is transmitted to the communication target device. Thus, only by making the user of the data communication device perform moving operation through the moving object, the prescribed transmitting information can be transmitted to the communication target device so that operability can be improved.
