PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key switch device capable of dispensing with the key stem constitution and reducing the thickness of the equipment while securing the key stroke. SOLUTION: A first link member 47 and a second link member 48 are movably disposed, a key top 41 and a holder plate 65 are connected and locked, a rubber spring mounted on a flexible circuit board 70 disposed under the holder plate 65 and energizing the key top 41 upward is provided. In the most depressed state of the key top 41 the first link member 47 and the second link member 48 are mutually folded and come to horizontal in a side view.
