摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric component mounting system having higher reliability for mounting accuracy. SOLUTION: This electric component mounting system detects a relative positioning error among devices such as a substrate imaging device 314, a component imaging device 316 and a mounting device 310 or the like, calibrates a mounting position based on the positioning error and mounts electronic component 16 to an adequate mounting position on a circuit substrate 12. For example, a reference mark given to the component imaging device 316 is imaged by the substrate imaging device 314 or the reference mark of the mounting device 310 is imaged by the component imaging device 316 in order to detect the relative positioning error between the mounting device 310 and component imaging device 316. The detection of the relative positioning error can be performed while a relevant system continuously performs mounting work. Moreover, a dynamic relative positioning error resulting from a device-to-device moving device 12 due to thermal expansion or the like can also be detected and thereby system reliability can be improved by introducing three marks which are not allocated on a straight line as the reference marks.
