PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress differential skews in differential data transmission. SOLUTION: If a drain potential Vtt of an NMOS transistor M0 is lower than a reference potential Vctrl, the output of an operational amplifier 4 increases, board potentials of NMOS transistors M1, M2 increase, and the ON- resistance values of the transistors M1, M2 decrease. As a result of this, the potential Vtt of the transistor M0 increases. If the potential Vtt of the transistor M0 is higher than the potential Vctrl, the output of the amplifier 4 decreases, substrate potentials of the transistors M1, M2 decrease, and the ON-resistance values of the transistors M1, M2 increase. As a result of this, the potential Vtt of the transistor M0 decreases. Due to this feedback operation, the potential Vtt of the transistor M0 becomes equal to the potential Vctrl.
