PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data generating/display device and data generating/ display method for network system measurement information, and its program that can display traffic measurement data in a diversely analyzable form. SOLUTION: The display device creates display measurement result data for visual display in colors or pattern changes on the basis of a traffic measurement result and display contents setting information defining display conditions and displays the created display purpose measurement result data by making one axis correspondent to a period and the other axis correspondent to a hierarchical structure of a display item.
