PURPOSE: A heat transfer device is provided to achieve improved cooling ability by dividing the evaporator and condenser through the use of the fluid channel and vapor channel. CONSTITUTION: A heat transfer device comprises an evaporator(9) for absorbing and removing the heat generated from a heat source(1) while evaporating the liquid refrigerant; a vapor channel(12) for passage of the gas refrigerant with the heat absorbed from the evaporator; a condenser(10) for condensing the gas refrigerant transferred through the vapor channel, and discharging the condensed refrigerant to outside through a cooling fin(18); and a liquid channel(11) for transferring the liquid refrigerant from the condenser and to the evaporator. The evaporator includes an evaporating member(15) for permitting the liquid refrigerant introduced from the liquid channel to absorb the heat generated from the heat source; and a membrane(17) for separating the evaporating member from a steam chamber(14) in the evaporator.
