Liquid medicaments for external use contg. 6-piperidino-2,4 diaminopyrimidine-3-oxide (I), are new. - (I) is described in US3382247. The medicaments pref. contain 1-5% (I), the remainder being ethanol or isopropanol (30-70%), together with a nonionic suspension agent such as vinylpyrrolidone-vinyl acetate copolymer, hydrogenated castor oil and water.
