PURPOSE: Provided are a composition which comprises a hydrolyzable organosilicon compound and porous fine particles, a coating obtained from the composition and a laminated plate comprising a substrate and the coating. CONSTITUTION: A composition characteristically comprises a hydrolyzable organosilicon compound in the amount of from about 20% by weight to about 90% by weight and porous fine particles in the amount of from about 10% by weight to about 80% by weight based on the total amount of the hydrolyzable organosilicon compound and the porous fine particles.
