PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-component adhesive which can attain sufficient adhesive strength while retaining a small thermal expansion coefficient. SOLUTION: This one-component adhesive contains a main ingredient, a curing agent, a silicone coupling agent, a silica filler having silanol groups in a concentration of 2.0-30/nm<2> on the surface, and preferably a silane coupling agent. Preferably, the silica filler has a particle size of 40μm or lower and is contained in a concentration of 1.0-90 wt.%.
