PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of conventional bathing agent composition comprising the poor moistened feeling and moistness after a bath and the generation of floating foam after the additional heating or the reheating of the bath. SOLUTION: The bathing agent composition contains (A) water, (B) a nonionic surfactant, (C) a vegetable oil and (D) 0.1-5% surfactant having carboxy group. The vegetable oil is one or more oils selected from jojoba oil, soybean oil, safflower oil and rice bran oil.
