PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew condensation on an indoor wall surface of a building, particularly to realize the prevention of dew condensation adequately at an opening portion such as window glass. SOLUTION: A dew condensation prevention sheet 10 is installed at an opposite side of a wall surface 20 at the indoor side in the building with a certain interval held between the wall surface 20 and the sheet 10, and this dew condensation prevention sheet 10 comprises a non-moisture permeability layer 16 placed at a side far from the indoor wall surface 20 and a moisture regulating layer 14 located at a side nearer to the indoor wall surface 20 in the non-moisture permeability layer 16.
