METHOD FOR OBTAINING PHYTOCHITODESIS

FIELD: medicine, veterinary science, cosmetics. SUBSTANCE: one should obtain phytochitodesis - chitodesis molecular complex - water-soluble form of chitosan of polyfractional composition at molecular weight from monomeric link - glucosamine up to about 150 kDa and deacetylation degree from about 68 up to <=95% with dry extract of medicinal plant raw material. Moreover, chitodesis is obtained based upon chitosan isolated out of solution with alkali at pH = 6.8 - 7.5 and rendered amorphous, and either organic acid or organic acid anhydride. The stage to obtain chitodesis solution should be carried out in liquid extract of medicinal plants in demineralized water at chitodesis to dry extract of phytospecies ratio in target product being 1 : 0.6-0.9. Target product is obtained due to freeze drying technique. EFFECT: higher biological activity.
