PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a gold foil sheet is provided to attach raw material having a certain approach angle to a roller surface to form a flat gold foil sheet. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a gold foil sheet is composed of an upper roller(10) and lower roller(20) opposing to the upper roller. The raw material(30) of noble metal is supplied from a leading edge of the upper and lower rollers(10,20). The raw material(30) is attached to an outer surface of one of the rollers to form a flat sheet material. The upper roller and lower roller have a different diameter each other to attach the raw material to one of the rollers. The flat gold foil sheet has the constant strength through an entire length.
