摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently make the request for organizing a team when customer representatives make the sale activity on a team. SOLUTION: A SFA server 1 reads out a customer data on a specific subject from a customer data stored in a customer DB. Then the SFA server 1 determines whether the organization of a team for business negotiation on the subject is necessary or not on the basis of the read-out customer data. When the SFA server 1 determines that the business negotiation on the subject needs the organization of the team, it designates names of the customer representatives for organizing the team, and creates the request information to the customer representatives of the designated names of the customer representatives. Then the SFA server 1 transmits the created request information to terminals of the designated customer representatives.</p>
