BATTERY PACK HAVING PROTECTIVE CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of terminals of a protective IC which is built in a battery pack as a component of a protective circuit to make the size of the battery pack compact. SOLUTION: This battery pack has a protective circuit. The protective circuit has a pair of FETs 2 which cut off charging currents and discharging currents of batteries, and a protective IC 3 which controls the on/offs of the FETs 2. The pair of FETs 2 are connected in series to each other by connecting their respective sources to each other and connecting their respective gates to each other. Control signals are supplied to the gates by the protective IC 3 to control the on/offs of both the FETs 2 simultaneously.
