PURPOSE: A pipe installation structure for a concrete water tank is provided to install a pipe so as to avoid the occurrence of leakage around the pipe unit equipped with a pipe and the introduction of contaminants generated from the outside of the concrete water tank. CONSTITUTION: A pipe(310) is installed so as to penetrate a wall(110) forming a concrete water tank and a polyethylene sheet(200). The pipe(310) penetrating the wall(110) of the concrete water tank is made of the same polyethylene material as the polyethylene sheet(200). The outer circumferential surface of the pipe(310) is heat fused with the polyethylene sheet(200) to thus achieve water-proofing.
