PURPOSE: A full air brake system is provided to achieve an improved braking capability by controlling the braking force in accordance with the baggage loading or road condition, while preventing a vehicle rollover accident during a high speed travel. CONSTITUTION: A full air brake system comprises a valve assembly(10) including an air inlet portion(10a), a main body portion(10b), a by-pass portion(10d), an operating portion(11) and an interlock portion(11'). The air inlet portion has an inlet port(I) for introduction of air pressure of an operating unit of the system. The main body portion has an open/shut member(10e') for exhausting the residual air to outside when a brake is released to the side opposite to an air outlet portion(10c) having an outlet port(O). The by-pass portion has a connection path portion(10e) connected from the air inlet portion to the bottom surface of the body portion. The operating portion opens/shuts the air flow channel formed between the air inlet portion and the air outlet portion of the main body portion. The interlock portion is formed in the lower portion of the main body portion, in such a manner that the interlock portion operates the operating portion in accordance with the shift of the rear axle or suspension device.
