METHOD FOR IMPROVING LIQUID CRYSTAL RESPONSE SPEED OF LCD

PURPOSE: A method for improving the liquid crystal response speed of a liquid crystal display device is provided to improve the liquid crystal response speed without changing any circuit arrangement and any increase of cost. CONSTITUTION: In a method for improving the liquid crystal response speed of a liquid crystal display device, a white gamma reference voltage(L63) is shifted into a saturation area from a gray level circuit part for reducing a voltage interval between common electrodes and the white gamma reference voltage, thereby reducing a liquid crystal falling time and improving the response speed. The liquid crystal response speed becomes faster as lower as the white gamma reference voltage with respect to the common electrodes.
