PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing with sealing plates offering smaller and lighter construction, superior in sealing performance preventing the entry of foreign matters into an internal space 17, superior in durability and providing lower resistance to rotation. SOLUTION: First and second seal lips 21, 22 are provided on the inner periphery edges of sealing plates 20, 20. The front edge of the first seal lip 21 is slidably contacted with a seal sliding face 25 provided on the outer periphery face at the end of an inner ring 3b. The front edge of the second seal lip 22 protruding axially inward is slidably contacted with a cylindrical face 19 adjacent to an inner ring raceway 2. Providing double seals, the first and second seal lips 21, 22, can secure superior sealing performance. While securing the required sealing performance, the interference of the seal lips 21, 22 is set lower, securing durability and reducing resistance to rotation.
