PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously supply samples to a pseudo-moving bed separator to preclude a gas phase from being mixed and to preclude a contamination problem of the samples from being generated by mutual mixing of the plural samples. SOLUTION: This sample supplying device for pseudo-moving bed chromatography has a plurality of sample supplying vessels provided with a sample flow-out passage, a sample amount control vessel for storing the sample flowing out of the each sample supplying vessel via the each sample flow-out passage, for supplying the stored sample to the pseudo-moving bed chromato- separator, and of which the amount of the stored sample varies in response to the sample amount supplied from the sample supplying vessel, a sample amount detecting means for detecting the sample amount in the sample control vessel, a sample flow-out passage opening and closing means for bringing one out of the plural sample flow-out passages into an opened condition to the sample control vessel, and a control means for controlling the opening and closing of the sample flow-out passage opening and closing means, based on a detection signal output from the sample detecting means.
