PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin laminate which has a photosensitive resin layer of uniform thickness, causes no wear of film, reduces a waste generated from substrate and protective layer and is few in defect of conductor pattern, and a TAB substrate and a flexible wiring plate using the same. SOLUTION: A negative-type photosensitive resin composition is applied onto the conductor layer side of film-like base material having the conductor layer and is dried, thereby, a negative-type photosensitive resin layer is formed and, thus, the photosensitive resin laminate is manufactured. By using the photosensitive resin laminate, the TAB substrate and the flexible wiring plate is produced. |
